Refund policy

We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your Hairchanic products. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, we will allow it as long as products are still in 100% intact as these are hair product and may not be used again) and it's within 30 days. For return instructions, please contact thehairchanic@gmail.com so we can send you return instructions on where to send it back. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first and receiving an RIN (Returned Item Number). Also, please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping back the product.

Once returns are received, we will process the return items and refund within 1-2 business days.
